We are currently looking for UI/UX Product Designer for Pune location.

About the Role :

We are looking for a UI/UX Product Designer to own the end-to-end design processfrom understanding business and user problems to creating intuitive interfaces and working closely with engineers through implementation.

You will collaborate with product, technology, engineering and sustainability teams to simplify complex ESG, LCA, carbon accounting and compliance workflows into clear, accurate and user-friendly experiences for enterprise customers.

This is a hands-on product design role for someone who can bring structure to ambiguous requirements, think from the user's perspective and take ownership of the quality of the final product.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own end-to-end product design including user research, user flows, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, UI design and implementation review.

- Translate complex business, regulatory and data-heavy processes into simple and intuitive user experiences.

- Design responsive and accessible B2B web/SaaS interfaces, including dashboards, reports, tables, forms and multi-step workflows.

- Build and maintain reusable design systems, components and interaction patterns.

- Work closely with engineers to provide clear specifications, resolve edge cases and ensure design quality during implementation.

- Identify usability issues, validate solutions through user feedback/testing and continuously improve the product experience.

- Bring a strong user-first design perspective to product decisions and discussions.

What Were Looking For :

- 4 - 7 years of hands-on experience in Product Design, UI/UX or Interaction Design, preferably in a product company.

- Strong portfolio demonstrating shipped web/SaaS or enterprise products, with clear evidence of the design process and outcomes.

- Experience with B2B SaaS, enterprise software, data-heavy applications or complex workflows.

- Strong proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout, Components, Variants, Prototyping and Libraries.

- Good understanding of UX principles, information architecture, interaction design, visual hierarchy, responsive design and accessibility.

- Ability to design complete experiences covering loading, empty, error, permission and edge states.

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the confidence to challenge requirements constructively.

- Comfortable working independently in a small, fast-moving and collaborative product team.

- Genuine interest in sustainability, climate technology or ESG and willingness to learn a complex, regulation-driven domain.

Good to Have :

- Experience with ESG, sustainability, carbon accounting, LCA, climate tech, supply chain or compliance products.

- Experience building or scaling a design system.

- Familiarity with product analytics, usability testing, session-recording or experimentation tools.

- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and front-end frameworks.

- Experience using AI-assisted tools for research, ideation, prototyping or documentation.
