UI/UX Product Designer - Figma

Job Description :

Responsibilities :

- Create responsive interfaces optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile.

- Develop and maintain design systems that ensure consistency and scalability.

- Produce wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma.

- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate requirements into elegant solutions.

- Conduct user research, testing, and usability studies to refine designs.

- Document design patterns and maintain style guides.

- Stay current with UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements :

- Strong portfolio showcasing complex, user-focused web and mobile projects.

- Expertise in responsive design and cross-device experiences.

- Advanced Figma skills (design, prototyping, and design systems).

- Demonstrated ability to solve real-world product design challenges.

- Understanding of HTML/CSS and web development basics.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.

- A degree in design or a related field is a plus.

- Bonus : Prior experience designing for healthcare or health-tech products.
