UI/UX Lead - Adobe Creative Suite

Description :

- Lead and manage a team of UI/UX designers, providing guidance and feedback on design projects.

Requirements :

- Strong expertise in UI/UX design principles and methodologies.

- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop), Sketch, Figma, or similar tools.

- Familiarity with prototyping tools like InVision or Adobe XD.

- Experience with user research techniques and usability testing.

- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

- Leadership skills with experience in team management and mentoring.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

- 8+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with at least 2 years in a team lead role.

- A robust portfolio showcasing your design work and process.
