Job Description :

We are looking for a talented and hands-on UI/UX Engineer with strong experience in ReactJS and Tailwind CSS to join our growing startup team. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, excellent frontend development skills, and the ability to convert product ideas and designs into fast, clean, responsive, pixel-perfect, and highly interactive web applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Build fast, clean, responsive, and highly interactive web UIs using ReactJS and TailwindCSS.

- Convert UI/UX designs, wireframes, and product requirements into pixel-perfect frontend experiences.

- Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Backend Engineers to deliver high-quality features.

- Develop reusable, scalable, and maintainable React components.

- Create responsive interfaces that work seamlessly across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.

- Optimize applications for performance, accessibility, usability, and cross-browser compatibility.

- Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs and backend services.

- Identify UI/UX issues and proactively suggest improvements.

- Ensure consistency in design systems, typography, spacing, colors, components, and interactions.

- Participate in code reviews and maintain clean, well-structured frontend code.

- Debug and resolve UI, responsiveness, and performance issues.

- Take ownership of features from idea/design to production.

Required Skills :

Frontend Development :

- Strong hands-on experience with ReactJS.

- Strong knowledge of JavaScript / ES6+.

- Excellent experience with TailwindCSS.

- Strong understanding of HTML5 and CSS3.

- Experience building responsive and mobile-first web applications.

- Experience with reusable components and frontend architecture.

- Understanding of API integration and asynchronous operations.

- Familiarity with Git and Git-based development workflows.

UI/UX :

- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles.

- Ability to convert Figma or other design files into pixel-perfect interfaces.

- Good understanding of responsive design, layouts, spacing, typography, colors, and visual hierarchy.

- Strong attention to detail and visual consistency.

- Basic understanding of usability and accessibility standards.

Startup Experience :

- Ability to work with limited supervision and take ownership.

- Comfortable with changing requirements and priorities.

- Capable of moving quickly from idea to implementation.

- Strong problem-solving skills and business impact orientation.

Good to Have :

- Experience with Next.js, TypeScript, and modern frontend libraries.

- Knowledge of frontend performance optimization, animations, and interactive UI.

- Understanding of SEO and web accessibility.

- Experience working with CI/CD and cloud deployment.

- Experience building products in an early-stage startup.
