Job Title : UI/UX Developer PCOA Screens

Location : PAN India

Role Summary :

- Acts creatively to develop applications, select appropriate technical solutions, optimize performance and maintainability, and ensure reusability by employing design patterns. Takes accountability for their own and others' developmental activities.

Key Responsibilities :

- Application Development :

- Interpret application/feature/component designs and translate into functional code.

- Develop, test, debug, and document product components and features.

- Select and implement appropriate development options (reuse, improve, or create new components).

- Validate results with users and support integration and commissioning.

Code & Configuration :

- Write clean, maintainable code aligned with coding standards and templates.

- Review peer and team code.

- Define and govern configuration management plans; ensure team compliance.

Testing :

- Design and review unit test cases.

- Support QA with test plan reviews and clarifications.

Documentation :

- Create/review templates, checklists, and guidelines for design and development.

- Document design specifications, test cases, and results.

- Project & Delivery Management:

- Manage module delivery or user stories.

- Estimate efforts for development and debugging.

- Execute and monitor release processes.

- Perform defect root cause analysis and implement mitigation strategies.

Domain & Customer Focus :

- Understand business domain and identify areas for value addition.

- Complete relevant domain certifications.

- Present design options and conduct product demos.

- Interface with customers to clarify requirements and provide solutions.

Team Management :

- Set and track FAST goals for self and team.

- Guide team members in alignment with their aspirations.

- Maintain high motivation and positive team dynamics.

Expected Outcomes :

- High-quality, on-time deliverables with minimal post-release defects.

- Adherence to engineering standards and compliance trainings.
