About the Role :

We are seeking a highly experienced UI/UX Developer with a proven track record of designing and developing intuitive, user-centric web and mobile interfaces.

The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise in front-end development with a deep understanding of user experience principles, accessibility standards, and modern design practices.

This role requires a senior professional capable of owning end-to-end UI/UX processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

UI Development & Implementation :

- Build, optimize, and maintain responsive, scalable, and high-performing web interfaces.

- Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.

- Integrate and implement designs within modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.

UX Strategy & Design :

- Translate business requirements and user needs into seamless UI/UX solutions.

- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and mockups using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.

- Conduct usability testing and user research to validate design decisions.

Standards & Best Practices :

- Ensure all deliverables follow WCAG accessibility guidelines, responsive design principles, and usability best practices.

- Maintain consistency in brand guidelines and design systems across platforms.

- Collaborate with back-end teams for seamless integration of APIs and services.

Collaboration & Leadership :

- Partner with product managers, business analysts, and developers to ensure design feasibility.

- Guide junior UI/UX team members, offering mentorship and technical expertise.

- Contribute to innovation by evaluating emerging UI/UX trends and technologies.

Mandatory Technical Skills :

- 12+ years of professional experience in UI/UX development.

- Advanced proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+).

- Expertise in at least one modern JavaScript framework (React, Angular, or Vue.js).

- Strong knowledge of design systems, responsive layouts, and cross-browser compatibility.

- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.

- In-depth understanding of WCAG accessibility standards, usability testing, and UX research.

- Experience with version control systems (Git, GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket).

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with TypeScript and front-end build tools (Webpack, Vite, Babel).

- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and GraphQL integration.

- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD workflows.

- Exposure to motion design, micro-interactions, and animation libraries.

- Understanding of performance optimization techniques for modern front-end applications
