About the Role

We are looking for a product-focused UX/UI Designer who is passionate about solving real-world problems through thoughtful design. In this role, you will work on complex product workflows, data-driven interfaces, and AI-powered features within the Healthcare domain.

The ideal candidate is a strong problem solver who can translate user insights, business goals, and system constraints into intuitive and scalable product experiences. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced product environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and continuously iterating on designs through research and experimentation.

This role requires someone who is curious, adaptable, and eager to learn, with the ability to quickly understand new problem spaces and contribute to building high-impact products.

Key Responsibilities :

- Understand complex product challenges and translate them into clear UX solutions and product experiences.

- Conduct user research, usability testing, and workflow analysis to identify user needs and friction points.

- Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI for web-based enterprise applications.

- Solve complex interaction and data visualization challenges within product dashboards and workflows.

- Contribute to and maintain scalable design systems and reusable UI components.

- Leverage AI-assisted design workflows and prompt-driven tools to accelerate ideation and prototyping.

- Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Business stakeholders to define product solutions.

- Participate in design critiques, product discussions, and solution workshops.

- Ensure high design quality and usability standards across the product.

- Continuously iterate designs based on user feedback, analytics, and product metrics.

Required Skills:

- Strong foundation in UX problem solving, Design Thinking and user-centred design

- Experience designing complex enterprise or SaaS products

- Ability to translate ambiguous product problems into structured design solutions

- Expertise in interaction design, information architecture, and usability principles

- Strong visual design skills including layout, typography, and component design

- Experience building or contributing to design systems.

- Familiarity with AI-driven product experiences and AI platform interfaces

Tools & Platforms :

Strong proficiency in :

- Figma (Advanced)

- FigJam

- Design System creation & component libraries/Governance

Experience with :

- Miro/Whimsical workflow mapping

- Maze/UserTesting usability testing

- Hotjar/FullStory behavioral analytics & heatmaps

- Notion /Confluence documentation

- Jira / Linear product collaboration

Good to have :

- Framer / Webflow interactive prototyping

- ProtoPie / Principle advanced interactions

- AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.)

- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and frontend constraints

Domain Experience (Preferred) :

- Experience designing products in Healthcare, Management or Enterprise SaaS

- Familiarity with data-heavy interfaces, dashboards, or analytics products

- Exposure to AI-powered product features or automation workflows

Portfolio Requirement :

Candidates must provide a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work, including:

- Problem definition and UX research insights

- UX thinking and problem-solving approach

- User flows, wireframes, and prototypes

- Final UI design and product outcomes

- Examples of design systems, dashboards, or complex product interfaces
