UI/UX Designer - Wireframe/Prototype Design

Responsibilities :

- Solving multiple complex procurement business problems.

- Dream up progressive user experiences and interfaces.

- Map user journeys and craft personas for procurement teams and supplier users.

- Produce wireframes, prototypes (Figma preferred), mockups, and micro-interactions.

- Collaborate with product, engineering, and sometimes the AI team to shape flows and experiences.

- Conduct lightweight user research interviews, usability testing, and iterate on designs.

- Help build and evolve a design system and UI component library.

- Advocate for usability, accessibility, and ride-along with front-end teams on handoffs.

- 5 years in UI/UX, specifically in B2B SaaS products.

- Someone who is urged to work in fast-paced startup environments.

- Portfolio showing user flows, dashboards, data-heavy interfaces, and prototyping.

- You've conducted usability testing and know how to turn feedback into better designs.

- Someone with a strong visual sense and accessibility awareness.

- Proactive, creative thinker who loves rapid iteration, feedback loops, and a growth mindset.

- Comfortable in ambiguity or fast-paced startup environments, and open to brainstorming.
