We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to join our Consumer Products team and contribute to the design of consumer-facing digital products.

The role involves working across the product lifecycle, from understanding user needs and defining flows to creating high-fidelity designs and supporting engineering handoff.

You will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and business stakeholders to create simple, intuitive, and engaging experiences across our B2C product suite, including financial services.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own the end-to-end design of assigned product features, from user flows and wireframes to high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes.

- Translate product and business requirements into intuitive, user-centred design solutions.

- Conduct and support user research through interviews, usability testing, surveys, and other research methods.

- Present design concepts and clearly communicate design decisions, rationale, and trade-offs to stakeholders.

- Apply established design systems and reusable components consistently across product experiences.

- Identify opportunities to improve and evolve existing design systems based on product and user requirements.

- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure accurate implementation and smooth design-to-development handoffs.

- Apply strong understanding of layout, spacing, typography, colour, accessibility, and visual hierarchy to create effective user experiences.

- Use product analytics and user behaviour data to identify usability issues and inform design decisions.

- Maintain organised design files, documentation, specifications, and handoff assets.

- Stay current with emerging UI/UX trends, tools, and AI-assisted design technologies, and explore their application to improve design efficiency and quality.

Required Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience with Figma.

- Proficiency in UI/UX design, wireframing, prototyping, and user flows.

- Good understanding of design systems, components, visual hierarchy, typography, colour theory, and responsive design.

- Experience designing consumer-facing web or mobile products.

- Understanding of UX research methodologies and usability testing.

- Familiarity with product analytics tools such as Google Analytics or similar platforms.

- Ability to work closely with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders.

- Strong presentation, communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.

- Experience using AI-assisted design tools to improve design workflows and productivity.

- Ability to maintain structured design files and clear documentation for development handoffs.

Preferred :

- Experience working on B2C, consumer technology, fintech, banking, or financial services products.

- Exposure to accessibility and responsive design principles.

- Experience contributing to or evolving an established design system.

- Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work across web or mobile experiences.
