Were looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to craft engaging, user-centered digital experiences. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to design intuitive interfaces and seamless user journeys that delight our users and meet business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and identify user needs.

- Create user personas, journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.

- Design high-quality UI components, layouts, and visual elements consistent with brand guidelines.

- Collaborate with product managers and developers to translate user requirements into practical design solutions.

- Conduct design reviews and iterate based on feedback and usability findings.

- Maintain and evolve the design system to ensure visual consistency across products.

- Stay up to date with emerging design trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- 3 - 5 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.

- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design processes and high-quality design work.

- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision.

- Good understanding of interaction design, visual hierarchy, typography, and color theory.

- Familiarity with responsive design principles and accessibility standards (WCAG).

- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
