Key Responsibilities :


- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand user needs and business goals.

- Design wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and final UI designs for web and mobile applications.

- Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to iterate and improve designs.

- Create user personas, user journey maps, and information architecture to guide design decisions.

- Ensure consistent brand representation and adhere to design standards across all digital platforms.

- Work closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and smooth implementation.

- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

- Present and communicate design concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Optimize user flows and interactions to enhance user engagement and satisfaction.

- Maintain and update design systems and UI libraries.

Required Skills & Qualifications :


- 3- 6 years of professional experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.

- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions and creative problem solving.


- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, InVision, or similar.

- Solid understanding of UX research methodologies, wireframing, and prototyping.

- Knowledge of responsive and adaptive design principles.

- Familiarity with HTML/CSS and front-end development is a plus.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Degree or diploma in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field preferred.

Preferred Qualifications :


- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.

- Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.

- Experience with animation and interaction design tools.

- Understanding of business objectives and ability to translate them into design
