The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, excellent aesthetic sensibilities, and proficiency in design tools.

You will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into visually compelling and user-friendly interfaces.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and enhance user interfaces (UI) and user experiences (UX) for web and mobile applications.

- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to gather and understand user requirements and business goals.

- Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and interactive designs that reflect user needs and company objectives.

- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate on designs.

- Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines and maintain a high standard of visual aesthetics.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.

- Problem-solve design challenges with a user-centered approach and attention to detail.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Strong understanding of HTML & CSS and front-end design concepts.

- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or Adobe XD. Experience in creating wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.

- Strong visual design skills and a keen eye for typography, color, and layout.

- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and ability to balance creativity with user needs. Good communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, InVision, or similar modern design and prototyping tools.

- Experience with responsive and adaptive design for multiple devices.

- Knowledge of basic front-end frameworks and web technologies.

- Familiarity with user testing and analytics tools.
