About the Role :

Were looking for a passionate UI/UX Designer to join our team and help craft intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centered digital experiences. Youll collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to translate ideas into seamless interfaces that delight users and drive business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and prototype intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications.

- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve design solutions.

- Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes.

- Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and effectively.

- Maintain design consistency through the use of design systems and style guides.

- Analyze user behavior and metrics to enhance usability and engagement.

- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Design, HCI, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- Proven experience in UI/UX design (with a strong portfolio).

- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or Framer.

- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards.

- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

- Attention to detail and ability to balance aesthetics with functionality.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have) :

- Experience with motion design, design systems, or branding.

- Knowledge of basic front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.

- Experience working in agile or startup environments.
