Duties & Responsibilities :

- Collaborate closely with our UX Head, Product Managers, and engineers to conceptualize and execute seamless UI designs across various platforms including mobile apps, web apps, and websites.

- Design delightful UI elements like icons, illustrations, and animations that elevate the user experience.

- Create component, widget & template-based designs which can be easily reused.

- Bridge the gap between design and development by translating designs into detailed UI specifications and providing assets.

- Develop creative strategies to boost user engagement and retention through design.

- Conduct A/B testing, analyze results, and make data-driven decisions to optimize the UI.

Requirements :

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- 4+ years of hands-on experience in UI Design and a master of responsive design, ensuring flawless experiences across desktop and cloud-based applications.

- Expertise in Interaction Design, UI Design, Motion Design, and Visual Design.

- A proven track record of creating design systems and establishing visual languages for products from scratch.

- Proficiency in Figma, Illustrator and After Effects

- Experience with 3D software like Blender (a plus!).

- Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment. You can balance the need for high-quality design with the speed required for rapid iteration.

- A portfolio showcasing your best UI work.
