Role Overview :

As a UI/UX Designer III, youll be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and testing digital interfaces and experiences for scalable AI-driven applications. You will join as part of our founding Indian team, with a three-month fully remote contract transitioning to a permanent, on-site position in Hyderabad post-office launch.

Roles & Responsibilities :

Design Excellence :

- Create detailed wireframes, storyboards, and prototypes.

- Define product and visual elements to ensure design consistency.

- Set and uphold UI/UX best practices and design standards.

Collaboration :

- Work with business analysts, developers, and US-based teams to define user flows, sitemaps, and application architecture.

- Present concepts, design rationales, and iteration updates to stakeholders.

Research & User Testing :

- Conduct user research, develop and implement feedback-driven design iterations.

- Evaluate and enhance human-computer interaction (HCI).

- Lead usability testing for continuous UI improvement.

Project & Time Management :

- Plan timelines, set deliverables, and manage priorities across multiple projects.

- Adapt quickly to evolving project requirements and timelines.

Required Skills & Experience :

Experience :

- 8+ years with a Bachelors degree, 6+ years with a Masters, or equivalent industry experience.

- A strong portfolio of successful UI/UX projects and shipped products.

Technical Mastery :

- Proficient with tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma; wireframing and prototyping platforms.

- Advanced understanding of UI/UX trends, HCI, design systems.

- Skilled in HTML, CSS, JavaScript; troubleshooting and collaborating with engineering teams.

- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Soft Skills :

- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

- Creative problem solving, artistic vision, and keen attention to detail.

- Strong organizational, multitasking, and analytical abilities.
