Industry & Sector : Technology & IT Services Digital Product Design for enterprise and consumer web & mobile applications.

We build scalable, user-centred SaaS and platform experiences for B2B customers across fintech, healthcare, and telecom.

Role : Senior UI/UX Designer (On-site, Delhi).

We are hiring a Senior UI/UX Designer to lead product design for complex web and mobile applications.

This on-site role suits a hands-on designer who converts user research into elegant interfaces, owns design systems, and partners closely with product and engineering to deliver measurable user and business outcomes.

Role & Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end product design : translate requirements into user journeys, information architecture, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes.

- Plan and conduct user research and usability tests; synthesize insights to drive design decisions and product priorities.

- Create interactive prototypes and UI specifications using Figma/Sketch/Adobe XD for rapid validation and handoff to engineering.

- Define, document, and maintain a scalable design system and reusable component library to ensure consistency across platforms.

- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to scope features, refine interactions, and ensure pixel-accurate implementation.

- Mentor and review work of mid/junior designers; evangelize UX best practices and accessibility standards across squads.

Skills & Qualifications :

Must-Have :

- Figma.

- Sketch.

- Adobe XD.

- Prototyping.

- User Research.

- Usability Testing.

Preferred :

- Design Systems.

- Accessibility (WCAG).

- HTML/CSS collaboration.

Additional Qualifications :

- Proven track record designing enterprise or consumer SaaS products; strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product work, interaction design, and measurable impact.

- Ability to work on-site in Delhi and lead cross-functional design initiatives.
