UI/UX Designer - Figma/Sketch/Adobe XD

Key Responsibilities :

- Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring consistency, usability, and accessibility.

- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions.

- Create wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and high-fidelity designs using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.

- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.

- Translate complex business requirements into simple, intuitive, and aesthetically pleasing design solutions.

- Maintain and update design systems, style guides, and UI patterns.

- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to continually improve the user experience.

- Analyze user behavior and feedback to iterate and optimize designs.

- Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms and products.

Required Qualifications & Experience :

- Bachelors degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Fine Arts, or a related field.

- 4+ years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer.

- Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design projects across web and mobile platforms.

- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools : Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar.

- Understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and information architecture.

- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic front-end technologies is a plus.

- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and A/B testing.

- Ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive and engaging interfaces.

- Strong problem-solving, creativity, and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
