About the Role :

We are looking for a talented and creative UI/UX Designer with 3+ years of experience to join our team. You will be responsible for designing intuitive and engaging user interfaces that enhance user experience across our digital platforms. You should have a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, and the ability to translate complex requirements into visually appealing and functional designs.

Key Responsibilities :

- Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to improve user experience.

- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.

- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement

innovative solutions.

- Maintain and improve design systems and component libraries.

- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, best practices, and technologies.

Requirements :

- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and Photoshop.

- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work.

- Solid understanding of user-centered design, responsive design, and accessibility principles.

- Experience with prototyping tools and usability testing.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

- Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in designing SaaS platforms, mobile apps, or enterprise software.

- Familiarity with design systems and component-based UI design.

- Understanding of motion design and micro-interactions.

- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
