Job Summary :

We are looking for a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer to design intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing digital experiences.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and hands-on experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs while collaborating closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers

- Conduct user research, usability testing, and accessibility testing

- Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes

- Design responsive web and mobile interfaces following design standards

- Translate business requirements into intuitive and elegant user experiences

- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs

- Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and UI standards

- Continuously improve user experience based on user feedback and KPIs

- Ensure consistency in design across platforms and products

Technical & Design Skills :

- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools

- Strong understanding of UI principles, typography, color theory, and layout

- Experience with UX research methods (user interviews, surveys, usability testing)

- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and usability best practices

- Ability to create low-fidelity to high-fidelity designs and prototypes

- Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design

- Familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus
