About the Role :

We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to create intuitive, user-centric digital interfaces across web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into seamless, impactful user experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

- Understand project requirements, user needs, and business goals to design intuitive interfaces.

- Conduct user research, competitive analysis, persona creation, and usability testing.

- Create user flows, sitemaps, low-fidelity wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes.

- Develop visually appealing UI designs aligned with brand guidelines and design principles.

- Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility and implementation accuracy.

- Design responsive web interfaces and mobile app layouts for Android and iOS.

- Work with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and Illustrator.

- Present design concepts, prototypes, and rationale to stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

- Iterate design solutions based on feedback, analytics, and usability results.

- Maintain design systems, UI kits, and reusable components.

- Ensure consistency, accessibility, and usability across all products.

- Stay updated with UI/UX trends, best practices, and emerging design tools.

Required Skills and Experience :

- 2 to 7 years of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.

- Strong proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and design tools.

- Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and visual mockups.

- Strong understanding of user-centered design, information architecture, and usability principles.

- Experience implementing design systems, UI kits, and style guides.

- Knowledge of responsive design, grid systems, spacing, typography, and layout principles.

- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, developers, and product managers.

- Good understanding of Android and iOS design guidelines (Material Design, Human Interface Guidelines).

- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and translating insights into design improvements.

- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects (mobile + web).

Good to Have :

- Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics for better developer collaboration.

- Experience with motion design or micro-interactions (Lottie, After Effects).

- Understanding of analytics tools like Google Analytics or Hotjar.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG).

- Experience designing for SaaS, e-commerce, fintech, or enterprise applications.

Education :

- Bachelors degree in Design, HCI, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Engineering, or related fields.

- Equivalent practical design experience with a strong portfolio is also accepted.
