Description :

We are looking for a creative and user-centric UI/UX Designer to shape the look, feel, and experience of our enterprise platform.

You will be the voice of the user, driving design decisions through research, prototyping, and usability testing to create intuitive and engaging digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

- Conduct user research, interviews, and surveys to understand user needs and behaviors.

- Create detailed user journey maps, wireframes, flowcharts, and high-fidelity prototypes.

- Design and iterate on visual interfaces, ensuring aesthetic quality and brand consistency.

- Develop and maintain a comprehensive Design System (atomic design methodology).

- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers throughout the agile development process.

- Present design concepts and rationale to internal teams and stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 3+ years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer, Product Designer, or similar role.

- Expert proficiency with design and prototyping tools like Figma (preferred), Sketch, or Adobe XD.

- Strong portfolio showcasing problem-solving skills, design process, and visual design expertise.

- Experience with usability testing and analysis.

- Solid understanding of front-end development constraints (HTML/CSS/JavaScript)
