UI/UX Designer - Figma/Sketch

Job Summary :

We are looking for a highly experienced and creative UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio of successful design projects across web and mobile platforms.

The ideal candidate should have at least 7 years of hands-on experience in designing engaging, user-friendly interfaces for digital products and services.

You will be responsible for delivering intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user experiences that align with business goals and user needs.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into user-friendly designs.

- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to communicate design ideas effectively.

- Design intuitive, responsive user interfaces using HTML5, CSS3 (SCSS), and JavaScript.

- Build design mockups and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.

- Apply user-centered design principles and conduct usability testing to validate design solutions.

- Ensure consistency in branding, layout, and interaction across different platforms and devices.

- Stay updated on the latest design trends, UI technologies, and best practices.

- Work independently on projects as well as in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

- Manage multiple projects efficiently while maintaining high attention to detail and design quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Minimum of 7 years of UI/UX design experience for digital products and services.

- Proven track record of independently handling at least five large-scale design projects involving websites, portals, or mobile applications.

- Strong portfolio demonstrating design expertise across web and mobile platforms.

- Proficiency in design tools including Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Photoshop.

- Working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3 (SCSS), and JavaScript for design implementation.

- Solid understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.

- Strong visual design skills with an eye for detail and consistency.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong time management and multi-tasking capabilities with a proven ability to meet deadlines
