Role Overview :

Were hiring a UI/UX Designer to shape the visual and user experience design of next-generation digital products.

You will play a central role in shaping user journeys, interface systems, and product identities across a variety of projects spanning Web3, AI and fintech.

This is not a traditional design role.

You'll be collaborating directly with technical and product leads to craft high-impact, scalable design solutions from scratch, often for early-stage products with high-growth potential.

Your work will directly influence how users experience complex tools, platforms and ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own the end-to-end product design cycle, from discovery and ideation through to final delivery.

- Translate complex ideas, requirements and user feedback into clear, intuitive experiences.

- Build low to high-fidelity wireframes, clickable prototypes and polished UI systems.

- Create and maintain design systems and reusable component libraries that scale across platforms.

- Conduct and apply user research, competitor analysis and usability testing to drive design decisions.

- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers and other stakeholders to ensure a cohesive product vision.

- Support branding efforts where needed, helping define the visual identity of new products or features.

Required Qualifications :

- 3+ years of experience designing interfaces and experiences for digital products.

- Proven ability to design web and mobile-first products across complex workflows.

- Advanced proficiency in Figma (and optionally tools like Adobe Photoshop, XD and Illustrator).

- Strong understanding of UX research methods, usability heuristics, and accessibility best practices.

- Demonstrated ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.

- A portfolio that showcases strong product thinking, attention to detail, and a refined visual aesthetic.

Additional Qualifications (Good-to-Have) :

- Experience designing for Web3 platforms, crypto tools, or AI-based applications.

- Familiarity with designing for systems with dynamic data, dashboards or real-time user interactions.

- Working knowledge of front-end frameworks (HTML/CSS, React, Tailwind) for seamless handoffs.

- Ability to contribute to product strategy and brand development beyond UI/UX.

Challenges Youll tackle :

- Designing the user interface and experience of decentralised apps (dApps), smart contract platforms, or token-based ecosystems.

- Building intuitive workflows for AI-powered tools that help users automate or enhance decision-making.

- Creating responsive fintech dashboards and mobile applications with complex transactional flows.

- Working with founding teams to prototype, test, and launch MVPs in high-growth product environments.
