Job Summary:

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to create intuitive and visually appealing user experiences. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and UI design, ensuring seamless interaction between users and digital products.

Key Responsibilities:

- User Research: Conduct research to understand user needs and behaviors.

- Wireframing & Prototyping: Design wireframes and interactive prototypes using Figma, Adobe XD or Sketch.

- UI Design: Develop visually appealing interfaces with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.

- Usability Testing: Perform usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback.

- Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders.

- Responsive Design: Ensure designs are optimized for mobile and web platforms.

- Accessibility & Inclusivity: Implement best practices for accessible design.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- UI/UX design principles and user-centric design methodologies.

- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

- HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (basic understanding for collaboration).

- Experience with usability testing and user research.

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

- Experience with motion design and animations.

- Knowledge of design systems and component libraries.

- Familiarity with front-end frameworks like Angular, Flutter or SwiftUI.

- Exposure to AI-driven design tools.
