Educational Qualification (Mandatory) :

Bachelor's Degree/Masters Degree Design from Premium Design School Only [Unitedworld Institute Of Design (UID)(Preferred).

- Visual Design Expertise : Strong sense of typography, color theory, layout, and aesthetics.

- Prototyping & Wireframing : Skilled in tools like Figma & Adobe XD.

- User Research & Empathy : Understanding user needs, behaviors, and pain points to inform design decisions.

- Smart & Agile Approach : Quick learner with adaptability to shifting priorities and evolving requirements.

- Collaboration : Working seamlessly with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to bring ideas to life.

Job Responsibility :

- Apply design thinking principles to analyze problems and create user-centric design solutions.

- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and visual mockups to communicate design ideas effectively.

- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define design requirements.

- Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to refine designs.

- Create visually engaging designs that align with brand guidelines and enhance user experience.

- Translate complex concepts into simple, intuitive, and engaging visual solutions.

- Maintain a deep understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and color theory to deliver aesthetically pleasing outputs.

- Work on end-to-end design processes, from concept ideation to final delivery.

- Continuously explore creative ideas and stay updated with industry design trends and best practices.

- Ensure designs are feasible for development and optimized for different devices and platform.

- Understand the business impact of UI/UX design decisions and contribute to marketing, sales, and business growth strategies.
