About the Role :

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and a passion for creating intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers.

- Design wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that clearly illustrate how products function and look.

- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to refine user experiences.

- Create original graphic designs (e.g., icons, UI elements, illustrations).

- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness, accessibility).

- Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications.

- Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.

Requirements :

- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.

- Strong portfolio of design projects demonstrating design thinking and user experience.

- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.

- Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript is a plus.

- Solid understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.

- Excellent visual design skills with an eye for detail and consistency.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to present and defend design decisions.

- Degree in Design, Computer Science, or relevant field (preferred).

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with tools like InVision, Zeplin, or Marvel.

- Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes.
