Job Description :
As a UI / UX Designer, you will be a user advocate, deeply involved in the entire product development lifecycle.
You will conduct user research, create wireframes and prototypes, design visually appealing interfaces, and continuously iterate based on user feedback and data.
Your ability to think strategically about user journeys and translate those insights into practical and delightful designs will be crucial to your success.
Responsibilities :
- Apply user-centered design principles and methodologies throughout the design process.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes (low to high fidelity) to effectively communicate design concepts and user journeys.
- Utilize prototyping tools to test and validate design ideas.
- Develop visually appealing and brand-consistent user interface mockups for both web and mobile platforms.
- Pay close attention to detail in typography, color palettes, iconography, and visual hierarchy.
- Collaborate closely with product managers to understand business goals and user requirements.
- Work effectively with developers to ensure the feasibility and accurate implementation of designs.
- Engage with other stakeholders (e.g., marketing, customer support) to ensure cohesive and aligned design objectives.
- Plan, conduct, and analyze user research activities (e.g., interviews, surveys) to gather valuable insights into user behaviors and needs.
- Organize and facilitate usability testing sessions to gather feedback on design concepts and identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze user feedback, usability testing results, and data analytics to identify areas for design optimization.
- Iterate on designs based on quantitative and qualitative data, ensuring improved user engagement and satisfaction.
Requirements :
- Expertise in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, Figma, or similar platforms.
- Relevant and demonstrable experience working extensively with Figma is a mandatory prerequisite for applying to this role. Please ensure your portfolio showcases your Figma skills.
- A compelling online portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects that clearly demonstrate your UX/UI skills, design thinking process, and problem-solving abilities.
- Your portfolio should highlight your approach to user research, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design.
- Mandatory prior experience in designing user interfaces and user experiences specifically for mobile applications (iOS and/or Android).
- Your portfolio should include examples of your app design work.
- Solid understanding of core UX principles, information architecture, interaction design, and usability best practices.
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and experience designing for various screen sizes and devices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design ideas and
rationale to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams
