We are hiring a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer for our IT services team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Figma and Canva, creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes, and redesigning websites to enhance usability and visual appeal.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Design intuitive and engaging UI/UX solutions for websites and web applications

- Create wireframes, mockups, user flows, and interactive prototypes using Figma

- Design marketing and UI assets using Canva

- Redesign existing websites to improve user experience, UI consistency, and conversion

- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and marketing teams

- Translate business and user requirements into effective design solutions

- Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and usability standards

- Iterate designs based on user feedback, analytics, and stakeholder inputs

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 1 to 4 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer in the IT sector

- Mandatory: Strong hands-on experience with Figma and Canva

- Proven experience in website redesign and mockup creation

- Good understanding of UI/UX principles, typography, color theory, and layouts

- Familiarity with responsive and mobile-first design

- Ability to present and explain design decisions clearly
