UI/UX Designer - Figma

Job Summary :

- Design user friendly interfaces and experiences for web and mobile products

- Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis of user feedback

- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high fidelity mock-ups

- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define product requirements

- Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and accessibility standards

- Iterate on designs based on user testing and data insights

- Maintain and contribute to design systems and UI libraries

- Stay current with UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices

Requirements :

- Bachelors degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience

- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role

- Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX projects and design process

- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar

- Solid understanding of user centered design principles

- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus

- Strong problem solving and communication skills

- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment

Preferred Qualification :

- Experience designing responsive and mobile first interfaces

- Familiarity with usability testing tools and analytics

- Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments
