Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and creative UI/UX Designer with strong skills in user research, design systems, and high-quality interface design. The ideal candidate will take ownership of the complete design lifecycle-from research and problem analysis to wireframes, prototypes, and final UI. You will work closely with product and engineering teams to create intuitive, scalable, and modern user experiences.

Must-Have Skills & Tools :

- Deep understanding of UX research, user flows, personas, and journey mapping

- Strong ability to translate problem statements into structured design solutions

- Proficiency in Figma (Mandatory) - prototyping, auto-layout, variants, components, design systems

- Excellent visual design skills - layout, typography, spacing, colour theory, hierarchy

- Hands-on experience creating wireframes, high-fidelity UI, and reusable design patterns

- Ability to build and maintain design systems and style guides

- Strong attention to detail and user-centred design principles

- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams

- Up-to-date with UI/UX trends, interaction models, and latest design best practices

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in UI/UX Design, Interaction Design, Communication/Graphic Design, or a related field

- Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer working on live digital products

- Portfolio demonstrating UX case studies + polished UI design work

Responsibilities :

- Conduct UX research, competitive analysis, and problem identification

- Create user flows, personas, journey maps, and site maps for project requirements

- Design clear and functional wireframes, prototypes, and final UI screens using Figma

- Develop and maintain consistent design systems, component libraries, and style guides

- Collaborate with product, development, and business teams to deliver seamless user experiences

- Present design concepts, rationale, and UX documentation to internal teams and stakeholders

- Conduct or support usability testing and iterate based on user insights

- Ensure all design files and documentation are organized, updated, and version-controlled

- Stay current with latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices to improve design quality

- Support product lifecycle with strong design problem-solving and user-focused solutions
