About the Job :


This is a full-time role for a Senior UI/UX Designer at Spark Eighteen. We're looking for a skilled and passionate designer who excels at crafting intuitive, scalable, and responsive user experiences. You'll play a key role in designing user interfaces for our enterprise-level products, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, and championing a user-centric approach from concept to execution. This position requires strong expertise in Figma and a proven ability to deliver high-quality designs, especially when working with US-based clients. The job location is flexible, with a preference for the Delhi NCR region.

Responsibilities :

- Design and deliver compelling user flows, wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma.

- Create scalable and responsive UI/UX designs that provide optimal experiences across various devices and screen sizes for enterprise applications.

- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to translate product requirements into user-centric design solutions.

- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to inform design decisions and iterate on existing products.

- Ensure designs incorporate accessibility basics and best practices to promote inclusive user experiences.

- Present design concepts and rationale to internal teams and US-based clients, effectively communicating design choices and incorporating feedback.

- Contribute to the continuous evolution and application of our design system to maintain consistency and efficiency across products.

- Stay current with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and industry best practices.

- Participate in design critiques, offering and receiving constructive feedback to elevate overall design quality.

Requirements :


Technical Skills :


- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design roles.

- Expert proficiency in Figma for all stages of the design process, from ideation to hand-off.

- Proven experience in designing for enterprise and SAAS applications.

- Demonstrable experience working with US-based clients, understanding their market nuances and user expectations.

- Strong portfolio showcasing robust scalable and responsive design solutions.

- Familiarity with accessibility basics (e.g., WCAG guidelines) and an understanding of how to implement them in designs.

- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.

- Experience contributing to or utilizing a design system.

Soft Skills :


- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of clearly articulating design decisions and concepts to diverse stakeholders.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail in both visual and interaction design.

- High ownership attitude and a proactive approach to delivering high-quality user experiences.

- Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills, adept at working effectively within cross-functional teams.

- Ability to manage multiple design tasks concurrently and meet project deadlines.

- Eagerness to learn new design methodologies, tools, and emerging industry trends.

Additional Preferred Qualifications :


- Exposure to building B2B SaaS products, particularly in the healthcare sector.

- Experience with user research methodologies and tools.

- Familiarity with motion graphics or animation for UI.

- Basic understanding of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to facilitate better collaboration with developers.
