UI/UX Designer - Figma

About the Role :

- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to deeply understand user needs and translate them into elegant, simple interfaces.

- Break down complex AI-driven workflows and data-rich dashboards into intuitive, minimalistic user journeys that reduce friction and cognitive load.

- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma, leveraging auto-layouts, reusable components, and design tokens.

- Ensure all designs comply with accessibility standards (WCAG) and are optimized for responsiveness and performance across devices.

- Design purposeful animations, micro-interactions, and motion graphics that enhance usability and provide meaningful feedback.

- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate designs and iterate based on user feedback and data insights.

- Work in an agile environment, participating in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to deliver high impact features rapidly.

- Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices throughout the product lifecycle.

- Stay current with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies, and introduce innovative solutions where appropriate.

Requirements :

- Expert proficiency in Figma, including advanced usage of auto-layouts, components, variants, and design libraries.

- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and ability to think systemically rather than just screen-by-screen.

- Ability to simplify complex workflows (especially AI or technical workflows) into intuitive and enjoyable user experiences.

- Experience working closely with cross-functional teamsproduct, engineering, and researchto deliver features end-to-end.

- Deep knowledge of accessibility standards and implementation (WCAG), with a commitment to inclusive design.

- Skills in designing for responsiveness across different screen sizes and devices.

- Experience creating purposeful animations and micro-interactions that improve user experience without causing distractions.

- Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions and rationale clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Strong portfolio demonstrating a history of thoughtful, user-centric design solutions in SaaS or data-driven products.
