Responsibilities :

- Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma, demonstrating a deep understanding of design principles and user-centered design methodologies.

- Create high-fidelity, innovative, and visually appealing user interface designs that prioritize usability and accessibility across various platforms and devices.

- Champion design consistency and establish and maintain design systems, UI kits, and style guides within Figma to ensure uniformity across projects.

- Mentor and guide junior designers, providing leadership and expertise in UI/UX design principles, methodologies, and best practices.

- Conduct and lead user testing sessions, gather feedback, and iteratively enhance designs based on user centered design principles and usability testing results.

- Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs and maintain design integrity throughout the development lifecycle.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

- 4+ years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design, with a profound expertise in using Figma as the primary design tool.

- Proven track record of delivering innovative and user-centric designs across web and mobile platforms.

- Expert-level understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.

- Ability to create high-fidelity prototypes and translate complex ideas into intuitive and visually stunning designs.

- Deep knowledge of front-end development technologies and their influence on design feasibility.

- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills :

- Demonstrated experience in implementing and managing design systems and component libraries within Figma.

- Expertise in conducting user research, usability testing, and integrating user feedback into design solutions.

- Proficiency in motion design principles and their application in UI/UX design.

- A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of Figma design projects highlighting innovation, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
