About the Role :


We're looking for a full-time UI/UX Designer to craft intuitive, user-centered digital experiences. You'll collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate requirements into flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs, while also helping maintain a scalable design system.


What You'll Do :


- Craft intuitive user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes with solid IA

- Translate product goals and user needs into thoughtful, user-friendly design solutions

- Develop high-fidelity UI in Figma using reusable components and variables

- Maintain and evolve a cohesive design system across products

- Ensure designs meet accessibility standards, adapt well across devices

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design with product strategy

- Actively participate in design critiques, user testing, and iterative feedback cycles

- Clearly document and communicate design decisions to stakeholders and team members


What You Should Have :


- 15 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design within a product-focused team

- Strong grasp of UX principles, design heuristics, usability testing and common interaction patterns

- Proficient in Figma, including auto layout, components, variants, and shared libraries

- Skilled in creating and maintaining scalable design systems

- Comfortable exploring and validating multiple design directions through iteration

- Excellent communicator with experience collaborating across disciplines and with stakeholders

- Nice to have : Familiarity with Figma Dev Mode, Framer, and AI-assisted design tools


Qualifications :


- Skilled in designing user-friendly, visually compelling products degree optional

- A strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design and solid UI/UX skills
