UI/UX Designer - ERP Systems

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled UI/UX Designer with strong experience in ERP applications to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive, user-friendly interfaces and improving user experiences across ERP modules.

You will collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and developers to transform business requirements into seamless digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and enhance user interfaces for ERP modules and enterprise applications.

- Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, and usability testing to identify user needs.

- Translate business processes and workflows into effective UI/UX solutions.

- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, user flows, and visual designs.

- Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and consistency.

- Establish and maintain design guidelines, style guides, and UI/UX standards.

- Optimize ERP applications for responsiveness, accessibility, and usability.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or related field.

- 57 years of professional UI/UX design experience, with a focus on ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor, or similar).

- Strong portfolio demonstrating ERP/enterprise application designs.

- Expertise in design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, etc.

- Proficiency in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI mockups.

- Strong understanding of ERP workflows, business processes, and user personas.

- Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
