UI/UX Designer - Adobe XD

Position : UI/UX Designer

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into user-centric solutions.

- Conduct user research, usability testing, and apply findings to improve product usability.

- Contribute to and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency across products.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in UI/UX design.

- Support developers during implementation to ensure designs are translated accurately.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong portfolio demonstrating web and mobile design projects.

- Proficiency in tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, InVision.

- Solid grasp of interaction design, responsive design, and information architecture.

- Experience with user research and usability testing methodologies.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

- Understanding of front-end development capabilities (HTML/CSS) is a plus.

- Understanding of AI agent interfaces would be a plus.
