UI/UX Designer - Adobe Creative Suite

Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with product teams to understand user needs and business goals, translating them into innovative design solutions.

- Design UI/UX elements for our agentic automation platform, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.

- Create and iterate on visual designs, including graphics, layouts, and branding materials.

- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs and maintain design consistency across the platform.

- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and refine designs.

- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies relevant to our industry.

Requirements :

- 4+ years of experience as a Designer in a B2B environment, preferably in the SaaS or tech industry.

- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design skills, creativity, and depth of thought.

- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.

- Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and user-centered design practices.

- Experience in conducting user research and usability testing.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
