We're looking for a skilled UI/UX Designer with 5-8 years of experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS or tech environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating their ability to create innovative, user-centered design solutions. This role involves close collaboration with product and development teams to translate complex business goals into intuitive and engaging user experiences for our agentic automation platform. You'll be a key player in the entire design lifecycle, from initial research to final implementation and iteration.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design & Collaboration : Work closely with product teams to deeply understand user needs and business goals. You'll then translate these into innovative design solutions, creating and iterating on visual designs, layouts, and branding materials.

- UI/UX Development : Design all the UI/UX elements for our agentic automation platform, ensuring a seamless and highly engaging user experience.

- User Research : Conduct user research and usability testing to gather crucial feedback, using it to refine designs and ensure they meet user needs effectively.

- Implementation & Consistency : Collaborate with developers throughout the implementation process to ensure designs are translated accurately and that design consistency is maintained across the entire platform.

- Continuous Learning : Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure our platform remains at the forefront of the industry.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Core Experience :

- A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.

- At least 5 years of experience as a designer, specifically in a B2B environment, with a preference for SaaS or the tech industry.

Technical Proficiency :

- A strong portfolio that effectively showcases your UI/UX design skills, creativity, and depth of thought.

- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma.

- An excellent understanding of fundamental design principles, including typography, color theory, and user-centered design practices.
