Role Overview :

As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for crafting intuitive and engaging user experiences for our suite of products. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to translate business requirements and user needs into innovative and effective design solutions. Your work will directly impact user satisfaction, product adoption, and ultimately, the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities :

- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and identify user needs for product improvements.

- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts to stakeholders.

- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure designs are feasible, technically sound, and align with business objectives.

- Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency and scalability across all products.

- Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices throughout the product development lifecycle to create exceptional user experiences.

- Analyze user feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and iterate on designs to optimize user engagement and satisfaction.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to lead the design of complex user interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications.

- Proven expertise in UX research methodologies, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing.

- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe XD.

- Strong understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and influence stakeholders.

- Ability to apply design thinking principles to solve complex problems and create innovative solutions.

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

- 12-16 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a fast-paced, agile environment.
