What You Will Do :
UI/UX & Product Design :
- Translate customer problems and product requirements into clear, intuitive user experiences.
- Design end-to-end user flows for complex workflows (e.g., case lifecycle, onboarding, summaries, analytics).
- Create low-fidelity and high-fidelity designs, wireframes, and clickable prototypes.
- Continuously refine designs based on customer feedback, usability findings, and business goals.
- Improve visual clarity, information hierarchy, and usability, not just cosmetic redesigns.
- Ensure designs are practical, scalable, and ready for engineering handoff.
Collaboration & Execution :
- Work closely with Product Managers & customer facing teams to understand intent, priorities, and measurable outcomes.
- Partner with Engineering to ensure designs are feasible and implemented correctly.
- Support incremental releases, design in phases, not big-bang redesigns, but have clarity on vision from the inception..
- Be open to iteration and course correction based on real usage.
What We Are Looking For :
- 3- 6 years of experience designing UI/UX for SaaS or enterprise products.
- Strong grasp of UX fundamentals, including user flows, information architecture, and modern enterprise design patterns.
- Experience designing complex, workflow-driven, data-heavy products (beyond marketing or brochure websites).
- Hands-on experience with Figma or similar tools for wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and prototypes.
- Familiarity with design systems and component-based UI, ensuring consistency and scalability.
- Ability to think clearly and explain design decisions.
- Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-changing, iterative environments.
- Basic understanding of frontend constraints (HTML, CSS, React) to collaborate effectively with engineers.
- Experience working closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams in agile setups.
- Exposure to CSM or ESM domains is a plus.
- Ability to design responsive and adaptive experiences that work seamlessly across desktops of different resolutions.
