UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer who can translate complex technical and business requirements into intuitive, engaging, and user-centered digital experiences.

The ideal candidate will lead the end-to-end design processfrom research and ideation to final deliverywhile collaborating closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

- Understand and analyze technical, business, and user requirements to create effective design solutions. Lead the end-to-end design process from concept, wireframes, and prototypes to final UI delivery.

- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions.

- Create user journeys, personas, information architecture, and interaction flows.

- Design high-fidelity UI mockups, design systems, and reusable components.

- Ensure consistency in branding, typography, color systems, and interaction patterns.

- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure feasibility and alignment.

- Translate designs into clear specifications and assets for development teams. Iterate on designs based on feedback, usability results, and business goals. Ensure accessibility, usability, and responsiveness across devices and platforms.

Design & Technical Skills :

- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.

- Strong understanding of UX principles, usability heuristics, and accessibility standards (WCAG).

- Experience with responsive and mobile-first design.

- Ability to create interactive prototypes for testing and stakeholder reviews.

- Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.

- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and frontend constraints is a plus.

- Business & Collaboration Skills Ability to translate business objectives into meaningful user experiences.

- Strong presentation and storytelling skills to explain design decisions.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
