We are looking for a highly skilled UX/UI Designer to lead the design of intuitive, elegant, and user-centered digital experiences.

As a key part of our product organization, you will be responsible for shaping how users interact with our product-owning everything from early research and ideation to final polished interfaces.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the entire design process from conceptual exploration to production-ready UI, including user research, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.

- Translate user needs and business goals into clear, meaningful design solutions that balance usability and aesthetics.

- Deliver interactive prototypes that communicate flows, animations, and interactions for validation and development.

- Define user journeys, workflows, and information architecture to shape intuitive product experiences.

- Develop interaction models, navigation patterns, and content structures that improve clarity and usability.

- Conduct heuristic evaluations to identify UX gaps and propose improvements.

- Create visually compelling, pixel-perfect interfaces with strong attention to typography, layout, spacing, color, and visual hierarchy.

- Define visual patterns and ensure consistency across all product touchpoints.

- Produce UI specifications and design documentation for engineering teams.

- Build, maintain, and expand the design system, including reusable components, design tokens, and documentation.

- Partner with engineering to ensure the design system is scalable, performant, and aligned with brand identity.

- Establish standards that enforce consistency, accessibility, and efficiency across teams.

- Conduct user interviews, surveys, usability tests, and feedback sessions to validate design decisions.

- Translate research insights into actionable design recommendations.

- Collaborate with product managers to define assumptions, hypotheses, and measurable UX success metrics.

- Work closely with product managers to understand requirements, determine priorities, and shape product direction.

- Partner with engineers to ensure design intent is preserved during implementation and refine solutions based on technical constraints.

- Communicate design rationale to stakeholders and advocate for user-centered approaches.

- Uphold high standards of visual and interaction quality across the entire product.

- Champion accessibility (WCAG standards), inclusive design, and performance considerations.

- Continuously improve workflows, processes, and tools within the design team.

- Promote a culture of experimentation, creative thinking, and feedback-driven iteration.

Requirements :

Experience & Background :

- 3-7 years of professional experience designing UX/UI for responsive web and mobile applications.

- Strong portfolio showcasing interaction design, visual design, and the reasoning behind your design decisions.

- Advanced proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar platforms.

- Strong understanding of design fundamentals-typography, color theory, layout, grid systems, and iconography.

- Experience conducting user research, analyzing data, and applying insights in iterative cycles.

- Hands-on experience developing and maintaining design systems or style guides.

- Comfortable working closely with product, engineering, marketing, and leadership teams.

- Ability to balance strategic thinking with attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills-able to articulate design reasoning clearly.

- Strong problem-solving abilities with a user-first mindset.
