Key Responsibilities :

- Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing to uncover user needs and pain points.

- Design clean, intuitive interfaces for complex dashboards and data-driven applications.

- Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design intent.

- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation and uphold design standards.

- Maintain and evolve a design system to ensure visual and functional consistency.

- Champion user needs throughout the product development lifecycle.

What We're Looking For :

- 2+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, ideally within a SaaS or B2B environment.

- Demonstrated success designing user-friendly interfaces for digital products.

- Proficiency with modern design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.

- Strong grasp of UX principles, human-centered design, and accessibility standards.

- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work cross-functionally.

- Experience with data visualization or dashboard design is a strong plus.

Bonus Points For :

- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
