UI Staff Engineer - React.js

Role & responsibilities :

- Serve as the lead front-end engineer and core architect for the Data Inspector team.

- Drive technical design and architecture decisions for front-end applications and platforms.

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications using modern front-end technologies.

- Lead the implementation of reusable UI components, shared libraries, and design systems across products.

- Collaborate closely with the Design and UX teams to deliver intuitive, accessible, and high-quality user experiences.

- Work with product management and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Contribute to and enhance shared design components and frameworks used across the organisation.

- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services in collaboration with platform and backend teams.

- Ensure application performance, security, reliability, and responsiveness across browsers and devices.

- Drive code reviews, establish engineering standards, and champion best practices in software development.

- Mentor team members and promote engineering best practices, code quality, maintainability, and technical excellence.

- Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide long-term architectural solutions.

- Participate in technical roadmap planning and contribute to strategic technology decisions
