UI Path Developer Lead - RPA Implementation

Job Title : UI Path developer Lead.

Role Requirements :

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Participate and contribute to technical design for RPA solution for business processes.

- Develop and configure automation processes requirements.

- Identify internal and external process dependencies.

- Develop automated processes using UiPath Studio, OCR, and reusable components.

- Worked with UIPath Orchestrator, Queues, Jobs, Packages, and Assets.

- Create unit Test Cases.

- Support SMEs during UAT.

- Participate in Agile/Scrum software development practices.

- Lead and mentor team - Track and Drive sprints.

- Work with client to understand the requirements, design and get the solution implemented.

Qualification :

- Bachelor's degree in any technical field.

Experience :

- At least 5-6 years' experience in UiPath.

- Experience in complete end to end lifecycle of RPA process i., from Requirement Gathering to BOT Development, Deployment and Operation support.

- Ability to gather requirements independently with Business SME.

- Experience years of hands-on RPA development experience using UiPath, including Orchestrator and Action Center.

- Extensive exception implementation experience for the BOTs from a Technical and operations perspective.

- Comply with design and coding standards, policies, and procedures.

- Excellent effective communication skills (can communicate with team, management, and client).
