Job Summary:

We are seeking a UI Lead with strong expertise in Angular and .NET to lead our frontend development team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving UI architecture, ensuring high-quality coding standards, mentoring team members, and collaborating closely with product and backend teams to deliver seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the design, development, and delivery of frontend applications using Angular.

- Collaborate with backend developers working with .NET to integrate APIs and services.

- Define and enforce coding standards, UI best practices, and design patterns across projects.

- Mentor and guide frontend developers, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.

- Review and optimize frontend code for performance, scalability, and maintainability.

- Work with UX/UI designers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and intuitively.

- Participate in architectural decisions and help define the technical roadmap for UI development.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex frontend issues, ensuring high-quality product delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 1015 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on frontend technologies.

- Expert-level knowledge of Angular (latest versions) and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.

- Strong experience with .NET framework for backend integration.

- Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, SASS/LESS, and responsive design principles.

- Experience with state management libraries and modular architecture.

- Proven experience leading and mentoring development teams.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make architectural decisions.

- Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and agile development processes.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
