About the Role :

We're looking for a self-motivated and passionate UI Engineer to join our fast-paced startup team. If you love building high-performance, scalable, and intuitive user interfaces that impact real users globally, this role is for you.

You'll be working across React Native and Next.js, creating seamless, responsive experiences across mobile and web. Expect to collaborate closely with product, business, and backend teams to bring ideas to life.

What You'll Do :

1. Build and optimize cross-platform UIs using React Native & Next.js

2. Ensure smooth, performant, and responsive experiences across devices

3. Collaborate with backend, product, and design teams to integrate interfaces with APIs and logic

4. Solve real-world problems with practical, elegant frontend solutions

5. Work with a variety of technologies and adapt quickly to new tools

What We're Looking For :

1. 2+ years of experience with React Native, Next.js, or other modern frontend frameworks

2. Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and UI/UX principles

3. Experience with RESTful APIs, websockets/http polling, and asynchronous requests

4. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate fuzzy requirements into functional solutions

5. Experience with monorepos, AWS (or any cloud provider), and scalable frontend architectures is a plus

6. Familiarity with Figma, Docker, or Photoshop is a bonus
