Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, enhance, and customize ReactJS-based components and plugins for the Backstage framework.

- Understand and extend core and advanced features of ReactJS, ensuring code scalability and maintainability.

- Perform performance profiling, debugging, and optimization of web applications.

- Work with modern build tools (Webpack, Vite, Esbuild, etc.) to improve developer experience and application performance.

- Apply UI/UX best practices, ensuring accessibility and responsive design standards are met.

- Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery writing effective prompts and reviewing AI-generated code for quality and compliance with project standards.

- Collaborate closely with architects and senior engineers to ensure clean, modular, and well-documented code.

- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions to continuously improve the engineering process.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 6- 10 years of professional experience in full-stack web development with a strong focus on ReactJS.

- Deep understanding of React core concepts lifecycle, hooks, context API, state management (Redux, Recoil, Zustand, etc.

- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.

- Solid understanding of performance optimization techniques (memoization, lazy loading, virtual DOM diffing, bundle analysis, etc.

- Familiarity with Node.js frameworks (Express, NestJS, or similar).

- Experience with modern front-end build tools (Webpack, Vite, Esbuild).

- Working knowledge of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and modern deployment pipelines (CI/CD).

- Exposure to AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, Claude Code or GitHub Copilot) and understanding of their responsible use.

- Proactive learner with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to independently translate business requirements into technical solutions.
