About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced UI Designer to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in creating intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centered interfaces for web and mobile applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality UI designs aligned with business goals and user needs.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design high-quality UI layouts, dashboards, and interfaces for web and mobile applications.

- Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and developers to translate requirements into elegant and functional user interfaces.

- Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, design systems, and interactive prototypes.

- Ensure consistency in visual elements, branding, and design language across all digital products.

- Conduct design reviews and present final concepts to stakeholders for approval.

- Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of UI designs.

- Stay updated with the latest UI design trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Minimum 6+ years of hands-on experience as a UI Designer or similar role.

- Strong expertise with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.

- Proven experience in web and mobile UI design with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.

- Excellent sense of visual design, typography, color theory, and layout principles.

- Ability to convert complex concepts and requirements into clean, intuitive UI designs.

- Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.

- Ability to deliver high-quality work within deadlines.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience working in Agile environments.

- Understanding of UX principles and best practices.

- Familiarity with design systems and component-based design.
