Job Description :

We are hiring for a seasoned UI Architect with strong expertise in building Single Page Applications (SPAs) using React.js, Redux, and modern JavaScript frameworks. The ideal candidate will architect scalable, high-performance, and visually appealing user interfaces, while also leading and mentoring a front-end development team.

Primary Responsibilities :

- Develop and Architect : Design and develop robust, user-focused Rich Internet Applications (RIAs) and SPAs using React.js and modern JavaScript frameworks.

- Component Development : Build reusable, efficient, and maintainable front-end components and libraries for scalability and performance.

- Translate Designs : Convert complex wireframes and UI/UX designs into high-quality, functional code with precision and responsiveness.

- Technical Leadership : Lead a multi-developer UI team in India, providing technical direction, mentorship, and architectural oversight.

- Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams - backend, design, and QA - to deliver seamless end-to-end user experiences.

- Code & Design Review : Review documentation, UI designs, and implementations to ensure best practices, scalability, and maintainability.

- Documentation : Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and coding guidelines.

- Delivery Ownership : Take complete ownership of UI deliverables, ensuring timely, quality-driven releases aligned with business objectives.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Deep understanding of React.js and/or similar JavaScript MVC frameworks.

- Strong hands-on expertise in HTML5, CSS3, and jQuery.

- Advanced JavaScript proficiency, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.

- Experience implementing Redux or similar state management libraries.

- Solid understanding of SPA architecture, UI performance optimization, and cross-browser compatibility.

- Proficient in RESTful API integration and asynchronous data handling.

- Proven experience leading and mentoring UI teams within large, distributed projects.

- Familiarity with isomorphic React, SSR (Server-Side Rendering), or hybrid rendering approaches.

- Exposure to .NET or PHP-based WebAPI services.

- Experience with NoSQL databases such as MariaDB/MongoDB is a plus.

- Prior experience with AWS (EC2, S3, CloudFront) or other cloud environments is highly valued.

- Mobile app development experience is a plus.
